Join this tour of the Bellamy-Ferriday House & Garden to see the spaces that inspired author Martha Hall Kelly.
Explore the life of Caroline Ferriday, a 20th-century philanthropist who championed human rights and social justice causes. Her work took her from Connecticut around the globe, aiding victims of Ravensbrück concentration camp and supporting the Civil Rights Movement in the United States.
Over a 70-year period, Eliza and her daughter, Caroline Ferriday, created a garden showcasing their love of roses, lilacs and peonies. Walk the grounds and garden with our guide to learn about the history of the gardens on the property and how we care for them.
This House & Garden Tour is being offered for attendees of A New Page with Martha Hall Kelly. Learn more about the details of this event here.
