Bring a lawn chair and a picnic dinner while you enjoy music and an artist’s exhibition in the lovely setting of the Butler-McCook House & Garden. Plus, be sure to stay for a free tour of the house’s first floor! Audio tours are available via the IZI.Travel app for the historic garden. The Amos Bull House will also celebrate a featured artist’s exhibition in our community room.
Featured Artist: Andromeda Turre presents her project, "From the Earth."
Renowned jazz vocalist and composure Andromeda Turre presents her groundbreaking project, "From the Earth," a jazz suite with 12 evocative songs. Four of the songs feature compelling excerpts from interviews with leadres from marginalized groups within the real of environmental activism. Leveraging her roles as a jazz musician, community organizer, and Cornell University-certified diversity and inclusion professional, Turre propels environmental activism and jazz into new dimensions.
